Established in 2007, EnergyAssessor.org is a network of experienced Independent Energy Assessors based in Cornwall.

We specialise in providing Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) for both Domestic and Commercial properties. We also arrange Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) reports for new builds.

We pride ourselves on our prompt and professional service at realistic prices. We can deliver EPCs often within hours!

Domestic EPCs from £50 with NO VAT.

Our energy assessors are all fully qualified, insured and CRB checked. We have years of experience in surveying Cornish properties.

We can also supply professionally drawn floorplans for an extra £25 (when done at the same time as an EPC) which could give your property the edge over the competition
