Cornwall's network of INDEPENDENT Domestic Energy Assessors (DEA) and Home Inspectors (HI)

It is now a legal requirement for people selling their homes in England and Wales to have a Home Information Pack (HIP) prepared before they start marketing their property.

The Pack includes an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) along with documents such as a sale statement, searches and evidence of title. You may also choose to to extend the scope of your HIP by having a Home Condition Report (HCR) undertaken. This would give prospective buyers information regarding the condition of your property.

A Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) is required to produce the EPC whilst a Home Inspector (HI) produces the HCR which includes the EPC.

We act as a hub for independent Home Inspectors and Domestic Energy Assessors. We specialise in EPC work for Local Solicitors as well as HIPs and EPCs for private individuals.
