Established in 2007, EnergyAssessor.org is a network of experienced Independent Energy Assessors based in Cornwall.

We specialise in providing Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) for both Domestic and Commercial properties.

We pride ourselves on our prompt and professional service at realistic prices. We can deliver EPCs often within hours!

Domestic EPCs from £65 with NO VAT.

Our energy assessors are all fully qualified, insured and CRB checked. We have years of experience in surveying Cornish properties.

We can also supply professionally drawn floorplans for an extra £25 (when done at the same time as an EPC) which could give your property the edge over the competition

We are getting ready for the new 'Green Deal', which will eliminate the need to pay upfront for energy efficiency measures and instead ensure that the cost of the measures should be covered by savings on your fuel bill. In essence you should be able to make efficiency improvements to your property, be it extra insulation or even a new boiler, borrow the money to do so without credit checks, and the repayment is calculated to be no more than the savings you will be expected to achieve, therefore no extra outgoings. Available from Autumn 2012. .
